Returns & Exchanges

At KaseMe, we want you to love your accessory as much as we loved designing it. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original, unused item back into its protective packaging to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
